Simple plain hook for ragworm baits, can consist of a small attractor bead - yellow, silver or lumi

Hook sizes 1 to 1/0 Aberdeen style

Using a hook above your lead you can fish a single hook for pollack, whilst your 2 main hooks are searching the bottom for wrasse. The French Boom allows you to quickly change the height of your bait from the bottom, thus searching out the elusive pollack.

This rig can be highly effective when used over shallow reefs with ragworm for bait.
