		Introduction
		Team building and Corporate Days have become firm favourites within British industry over the last 30 or so years. Such events help work colleagues bond together and forge strong working relationships, whilst enjoying a sporting favourite or an all together new adventure. Angling is the largest participation sport in the UK and one that is becoming a firm favourite with companies to help strengthen their work teams.

My Way is the ideal place to bring old and new colleagues together. Fishing aboard a fully licensed charter boat can be both rewarding in the thrill of the catch and also in the camaraderie between participants. After all, you're never too far away from each other.

Stay Safe

My Way is a fully licensed charter boat and carries a Maritime and Coastguard Agency Code of Practise certificate for travel up to 20 miles from any safe haven. My Way can sail with up to 10 passengers and 2 crew. The vessel is fully equipped with all the latest navigational aids and Safety Equipment. Before sailing aboard My Way each crew is given a brief 15minute introduction to the basic safety aspects of being at sea.

Coaching

Coaching or just a simple introduction to angling! It is up to you how you wish to build your Corporate day afloat with us. Naturally though, a comprehensive guide to your day afloat will be par for the course, thus ensuring that you and your colleagues get the most from your day afloat on My Way.

My Way owner / Skipper Gethyn Owen is a qualified angling coach for the Welsh Federation of Sea Anglers and the Welsh Angling Coaching Foundation. Additionally Gethyn is also a competent international angler, who has represented Wales on a number of occasions. Most Recently at the World Boat Angling Championships, where he achieved a personal 9th position overall.

Equipment

Rods, Reels, end tackle and bait is all supplied as part of your day. The Rods & Reels are all from top manufacturers and widely recognised as some of the best on the market. All the Rigs that you will be using are personally hand tied at GO Angling, using only the best components to help land you those specimen fish.

The type of fishing you will encounter will all depend on when you want to take your Corporate day aboard My Way. Fishing all year around, we can assure you that fish will be caught on all days afloat, however as with most things, certain species are around during specific times of the year. If you had a particular target in mind, liaison with GO Angling around tides and dates can see your party hooking into some big tope, slithery conger eels or some simple general fishing with all manner of species available for capture.

Fun

Enjoying the day though is a fundamental rule of fishing aboard My Way. Whilst spending the day with us, tea & coffees are supplied as is an array of hot snacks. A special cold lunch can also be made to order using local sandwich / hamper company. The decision is yours.

Bacon? Sausages?

Competition

Corporate team building or a bit of fun. After a few hours learning the ropes, some of clients like to have a small competition between those on board, to see who can catch the most, biggest or simply the first fish.

How you want to run this is entirely up to you, a winning team, top individual or even white versus blue collars.

Certificates are also available if requested to confirm each participants part in the team building exercise aboard My Way and also their own introduction to sea angling.
